Following a recent spike in reports, GMP Stockport's C Relief Response team has been out in plain clothes over the last 48 hours tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB) in Edgeley.
Inspector James Irvin, tactical lead of the operation stated "We know how much ASB affects the daily lives of our communities, and we’re committed to disrupting it. We aren't just making arrests; we're using Care Plans to work with partners and tackle the root causes of disorder. Thank you for your continued support and for reporting concerns in your area!
The results from March 6th & 7th: 👮 25 Stop Searches conducted. 📋 25 Nominals identified for causing ASB. 💊 Class B Drugs seized and off our streets. ⚖️ 1 Arrest for a Breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO). 🤝 6 Care Plans put in place to address long-term issues.
